Sweet 16 Spring Fundraiser

In 2007, more than 10,000 animals were surrendered annually to Tallahassee Animal Services. The population of homeless and surrendered animals was overwhelming, and providing quality care for this many animals was exceptionally challenging. Three passionate animal advocates and volunteers wanted to do more to help. So together, they organized and launched the Animal Shelter Foundation.

Over the last 16 years, ASF has provided direct support and resources to help homeless animals find loving forever homes, support community wide spay/neuter efforts to help decrease unwanted animals, and promote kindness, respect and responsible pet ownership. With ASF’s help, shelter intakes have dropped by half. To continue its mission, ASF needs your support.

We’re celebrating our Sweet 16 with a spring fundraising campaign. We hope you will join in the celebration with a one-time donation of $16. All proceeds from our spring fundraiser will be used to help fund one or more of our many life-saving programs – from Heartworm Help to Canine Companions to daily enrichment for dogs and cats and so much more.
